The blade on this knife will keep for years, but if by chance you make so much bread it gets dull, it is easily replaced.  What more beautiful way to present your homemade bread than to cut it at the table with a beautiful myrtlewood bread knife!  Slices about 1/2 inch thick slices.  Slice and enjoy!
